The Woodard House in Springfield, Tennessee was built around 1879 by Lee Woodard. Some records state that the home was moved to a different lot that it was built on.
It last sold in 2017 for $315,000.
I spoke to a neighbor who said the owners of this beauty take great care of the place. I’d say that is shows!
