It overlooks Forsyth Park and during the warmer months, wisteria blooms all around. It’s known as The Chesnutt House and was built in 1897 for a local merchant named Joseph Chesnutt. It sold in 2021 for $1.8 million and was voted the 2021 National Winner of the HGTV Ultimate House Hunt out of 66 other homes across the nation.
