Gerard Brandon V House – Natchez

I know this isn’t the typical style that I share, but I thought this was so interesting! This is the Gerard Bandon V. House in Natchez, Mississippi. It’s a Spanish Colonial Revival and was built in 1926. It was designed by popular New Orleans architects Weis, Dreyfus, and Seiferth. They designed numerous public buildings in Louisiana between the 1920s and 1940s.

This must have been inspiration for a home built in 1935, just a few blocks away, because it looks almost identical! I grabbed this Google Streetview so you can see the similiarities.
