The Frazee House – Brooksville

Behold, this beauty in Brooksville, Florida! Originally constructed in 1884, it’s commonly known as The Frazee House, named for the family that lived here for many years. Roland Frazee was the Station Master for the Brooksville Railroad Depot and the agent for the Atlantic Coast Line. Legend has it that Roland would go into the tower to lookout for trains coming into town!

The home was in the Frazee’s family for over 75 years! After the departure of the last family member, the home sat vacant for nearly 10 years and sadly fell into disrepair. It was finally bought and restored and is now a Bed and Breakfast called The Mirador.

It’s also for sale – $700k. Here’s the link to the Zillow Listing. Inside pictures!
