Summerville is another one of the towns that knocked my socks off in South Carolina. There are so many old and unique homes in this town.
This is the T. A. Wilbur House on West Richardson Avenue. It was built in 1872. It has been beautifully kept all these years and has held a spot on the National Register of Historic Places since 1983.
