She’s been around for 130 years, but she won’t be around for much longer. There used to be a porch off the left side that has completely collapsed. Can you just imagine how beautiful she was in her prime?

1890 House in Natchez
December 1st deserves a Christmas house! This pretty old place is in Natchez, Mississippi. It was originally built in 1890 for the synagogue to use as a residence for its rabbi next door.

Coliseum Street House
How about this Coliseum Street house in New Orleans? Built somewhere between 1870 and 1880. Last bought in 1995 for $340k, it’s now worth over $1.6 million! It’s not for sale though and the owners seem happy here. I can see why. What a beauty!
